Development of a comprehensive closure and rehabilitation
plans for the tailings storage facilities to ensure sustainable
long-term safety of the tailings structure.

Implementation of environmental monitoring and aftercare
management plans to ensure that the site remains safe and
stable after decommission.

Tailings Storage Facilities Monitoring and Review

Operational Audit of existing Tailings Storage Facility against
set standard, operations manual, Code of Practise for the
facility including the Global Industry Standard on Tailings
Management’s principles.

Third Party Reviewer on operational aspects of the facility
providing operational advisory services to the stakeholders
(clients (owners) and operators).

Surveillance Monitoring of existing and decommissioned
Tailings Storage Facilities to evaluate and assess the safety
status of the facilities in support to the Engineer of Records
(EoR). Undertaking the following; Facility Inspections,
Analyses of performance parameters and Compiling status
reports on different intervals.

Tailings Storage Facility prefeasibility assessment based on
operational requirements and available information and
reports for new tailings storage facilities.

Project Management

Provide project management services to ensure delivery of
the desired projects outcome or deliverables. Assist with the
preparation of tender documents and evaluate bids for
contracting

Operations of Material Handling Facilities

Load and Haul operations and maintenance of facilities
Mechanical mining and cleaning of water retaining facilities or
stockpiles.
Hydraulic mining of Tailings Storage Facilities.

Provision of Mobile Machinery

Plant hiring of various machinery (Haulers, Excavators,
Loaders, etc.)
